Unfortunately, I consider that one of the major faults or defects of the
LDS Ancestry File is the fact, that not only are record sources not
shown, there is no provision even for entering sources of information. It
is a major reason I haven't submitted material to them.
At least on WorldConnect sources will be shown if they are entered in the
GEDCOM that is submitted. And I like the postem notes that can be
attached to flag problems, raise questions, or just provide more
information. I have had several very helpful notes attached to my entries.
