The Connecticut State Library will be closed on Saturday, October 6th, and on Monday, October 8th for the Columbus Day observance.

(The State Library is normally open Mon., Tues., Wed. and Fri.: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Thurs.: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Closed state holidays and Saturdays following a Friday holiday, or preceding a Monday holiday.)
