Lost data, been theere done that, so I backup as soon as I'm done entering
information for the day.
I also keep at least three different backups I put the month, day on the end
of the name, and when I have three backups , I delete and replace the oldest
with todays date. You never know if your backup is not corrupted beyond
recovery. So I can have two other recent copys and wouldnt have to reneter
much to be up to the original file. It's also a good idea to see if you can
restore from your backup every once in a while. Better safe then sorry.
