The $69 per year is to search their web. The census records are separate. You
will need to check the price for this. If you have any question, try calling
ancestry. The operators are very nice.
I have just reviewed their Home Page and am still confused as to what I
might be purchasing with their basic subscription price of $69/year. Can
you really access all the Federal Census data? See (and print out)
reproductions of the actual Census sheets? Or would I just be buying an
index listing the names to be found in a particular Census? Seems I've
seen complaints on this list from folks who have subscribed and felt they
didn't get what they paid for. Is it worth it?
Thanks in advance for your imput, Jeanne Mueller Davis
