Recently, I came across a small book which I believe to have relation to the
masons. It belonged to my fathers adoptive dad. Copyright of 1898 and 1915
and published in 1927.... "King Solomon and his followers Iowa a valuable aid
to the memory" Has much in the way of symbols and what is written relates to
the ceremonies of becoming a mason and their responsibilities. References to
God and service to neighbors and self but I have not come across anything as
yet relating to one religion or another. Does anyone know what the symbols
might stand for or how to decipher? Replies may be private off-list if you
wish.
