I would just like to say that I think this message board is to help each other with our ancestry searches. It has gotten off base when so many messages are debating DAR's right to have the bloodline descendants of a Patriot of Rev War.
This organization has been in existance for many years and has the right to determine the qualifications for membership. It's too bad if some of us don't qualify, but there are many worthwhile organizations that could use each of you. We really need to get off this subject. If you want to know more about the organization someone has given us the website www.dar.org and I have looked at their site.

Please, let's help each other in our family search.
