I find the easiest way is to go to page set up and reduce the left and right
margins and then print preview to check if the whole page will print out

Hi - another approach is to go to what the IMAC computer calles "page
layout" and tell your computer to print the doucment at 80% of its original
size. This will usually fit the paper. The setting will stay until you
change it or turn the comuter off. Your IBM typae computer may use different
words, but it probably has the same kind of control.
