Subject: [ROOTS-L] Tracing ancestors with genes
Has anyone gone down this road? I received this URL from a fellow
family researcher and wonder if it is legitimate of a Ponzi scheme, or a
lottery ticket. I'm very tempted. If you understand it please enlighten us.
I understand how I could be identified by my DNA and even vaguely
understand how I could be linked to some one who lived in the 18th
century but to be specific? OK, we are kin (maybe) but is he or she my
ancestor?
