Hi listers. Thanks to all of you who made suggestions about how to start searching in Germany.
I have been able to find out that my family came from
Agonken, Ostpreussen, Preussen (Gemany).
I have had access to a old map but have been unable to locate this place. Were talking about in the 1870's. Does that place ring a bell with any of you german experts. Appreciate any help you might have.
