Hello Vickie,
There's a searchable database at Rootsweb for the tribes included in the
Dawes Commission records. And some of the Dawes Commission records are
online in digitized format at the National Archives website. Both are
free to use. You can find these items listed here near the top of the page...

The tribes included in the Dawes Commission records are: Cherokee,
Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek & Seminole (sometimes referred to as the "Five
Civilized Tribes"). You will also find some records for Delaware Indians
who were adopted by the Cherokee included.
