Subject: [ROOTS-L] JOYNERs/JOINERs of NC and SC, 1800-1900

Hello JOYNER researchers. I descend from Henry H. Joyner (1803-aft 1850) and
his wife Mary (1810-aft 1870), who lived out most of their lives in the
Cerro Gordo area in Columbus Co, NC. Per the census, he was born in VA. I
descend from their daughter Evaline Joyner (1832-1869), who was the second
wife of Doctor Felix Williamson (1810-1866), also of Columbus Co, NC. Henry
and Mary Joyner had two known sons, Levin H. and Daniel W. Joyner, who
appear to have crossed the state line into Horry Co, SC after the 1870
census. Henry may have been connected to Isaac, Israel and Daniel M. Joyner,
who all may possible be sons of an Abraham Joyner (1780-aft 1850), who I
believe migrated from Columbus Co, NC to Horry Co, SC after the 1840 census.
If you have knowledge of these people, please let me hear from you.
