I, too am having problems. I have contacted their support folks and they acknowledged that there are some problems with some browsers (in my case Netscape Communicator). However, I can access it from another computer using the same browser?? Ancestry's reply was that I should use IE6. well, I tried that and was unsuccessful.
I suggested to them that since they acknowledge the problem, they have done something to cause this to suddenly happen. I told them if they can't fix it, I want my money back as I have paid for quite a view subscriptions which are now worthless to me. They only replied that I would have to phone Ancestry (at a cost to me).
So, at this point, I have no solution to the problem but would suggest 'buyer beware"!!
