Hi Cindy,

I have the FTW program also and I find the best way to get around this
problem is to put the basics from wills, census, etc. in the notes so you
have room for their stories. The basics can also go in the "more facts"
section. Then I go to My Documents and record the full document there
exactly as written. That way you have more room on the family page section
and yet have easy access to the entire official document. It also makes it
easy to pull the document up to print out without having the whole note
section printing. It also makes it easy to send copies of documents when you
want to.

Hope this helps,
Janice
