I am looking for any leads that might be available for a first cousin
adopted out at the time of birth. We have the county, month and year
and mother and no father listed. Have regulations changed so that we
can find the name of the Dr.'s in that county. The year is 1942. It
was a private adoption in Iowa. Do relatives have any access to find
this person if the mother is dead? Ardy S.
