I went to search mode and typed in " Volusia County , FL Vital Records " and
got the following:
For the county:
Volusia County Vital Records
Volusia County Clerk
120 West Indiana Ave.
Deland, FL. 32720 - 4210
Or the Capital :
Dept. of Health
P.O. Box 210
127 Pearl StreetJacksonville, FL 32231 - 0042

If you go to the search mode as I did, you can get the info on cost, too. In
NY on those sites you can download and print the necessary form you'll need
to fill out to request the info you need to send for. I didn't take the time to
do that, as you need to get a start and this will give it to you. You learn
best by doing. When searching for genealogy records, you can find a treasure
trove by asking the Search mode to help you. Happy hunting.
