A contractual obligation? No. Moral? That's for you to personally decide.
However, I would think you would ideally want the error corrected - and how
else might they know unless you share your information?

I'm sure a brief note - to open the dialogue - stating you have evidence on
that particular person, to support they belong with different parents, would
be well received. (Unfortunately, I have also heard stories of people that
have been shown proof that their records are in error, yet still refuse to
change it.)

It could simply have been a data entry error - it happens. Or they may have
their own supporting evidence for how they have entered the information.

Either way, it's possible you could both learn something new.
