Hello - Would like to obtain the obituary for:
Paul LeRoy WINTHROP, died 6 Mar 1939 at the Hines
VA Hospital in Hines, IL. He was buried in Hannibal
where his family lived.
Can someone advise me if I should write to the local
library, local newspaper, etc. If someone could obtain
a copy of it for me, please contact me personally so
