Hi Listers,

I am researching a LANGRIDGE family from Kent.
James David LANGRIDGE was born in March 1844 in Maidstone Kent to parents David LANGRIDGE and Charlotte (Charlot) ROWE. He married Sarah Anne GASKIN at Marden in Kent. Sarah Ann had been married previously to a fellow with the surname Mitchell.
James and Sarah immigrated to NZ in 1874 aboard the ship "Rooparrell" with their firstborn child, a daughter by the name of Elizabeth Rosetta Langridge. James cited his profession as labourer when he immigrated, but became the owner of a farm in NZ. He was aged 30, Sarah Anne was aged 32 and little Elizabeth just 2 years old.
Does anybody have any information regarding any of the above people. Would particularly like further information on DAVID LANGRIDGE and Charlotte, and names of any other children they had besides James David, though am interested in any leads at all!!.
