Subject: Rude cousins
I am, I hope, several years from death but I have asked each of my children,
my loving and loved daughter-in-law, my grandchildren and even
great-grandchildren what they would like to have when I die and have made lists of what
each one who has made a choice wants and it is included in my estate papers,
along with a note from me to all of them telling me that I want no
disagreements with these arrangements and doing so would dishonor my memory.
My son is trustee of my estate and I have given him instructions, both
verbal and in writing, that he is to see that each one gets what they have asked
for. I have a few family things that I want cousins to have, including my
genealogy records and research files, and this is also included in my estate
papers,. I hope I have covered all bases and if circumstances change that will be
accommodated in further instructions.
