In her father's obit, Mrs. Elmer R. Lasher lived in Searsdale, NY. This was
in 1946.

Douglas Employe Dies In Bus on Way to Work
George Wahington Drake, 59-year-old Douglas Aircraft worker, died Thursday
on a bus en route to work, presumably of a heart attack. The body will be
sent to Henryetta for services and burial by the Moores funeral home.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs.Hattie Drake; a daughter, Mrs. Elmer R. Lasher
of Searsdale, N.Y.;a stepson, Sergt. Jackie Ingram of the armed service, and
a sister, Mrs. Lora Lynn of Dow, Okla.

Date of Death Dec. 16, 1943 7:30 a.m. Okmulgee, OK

I'm looking particularly for Mrs. Elmer R. Lasher. The SSDI's for Edith
Lashers in NY didn't prove out.
