I have a book titled: "Adamic Lineages" in which it gives a three page
"defense" of the tracing the Mayflower Fullers back to Adam and Eve in 4004
B.C. Of course, beginning in 1264 the ancestry was royalty. If all human
life except Noah and his sons and daughters were destroyed in The Flood, we
only need to trace back to about 3000 B.C.E. The Pyramid Texts of Egypt and
Stonehenge come from about this same period. Both are religious not
genealogical.
I think we commoners of European descent who do not connect to royalty will
be most fortunate to be able to find documentation to 1000 C.E. I am having
difficulty finding the roots of a grandfather born in England in 1849 or
1850, let alone tracing him to 75 B.C.. The discrepancy in the birth
results in a diference in dates in the 1900 census and his death certificate
in 1913.
