Rick,
The below on-line phone book has a lot of great features including a Reverse
Phone directory and a Reverse Address Directory.

Click on the Reverse Address at the top of the page and put in the address,
the town name and the state and if the address still exists (in this case it
does) it will give you the business or the name of the person listed at that
address.
