Hi All,

I am trying to trace William MILLER who was born in Burton in either 1825 or 1831.

On his Marriage Certificate (in Australia) it states he was born in Burton, Hertfordshire in 1831 and his death certificate says he was born in Burton, Herefordshire in 1825.

I am inclined to think he was born in Hertfordshire as he was giving the information as upon his death somebody else was the supplier.

The problem is i cannot find Burton in either of these two counties.

I am asking for advice as to what avenue i should pursue.

I have tried the Latter Day Saints site and the IGI with no success.
