Several things. On this post you did not state what type of information you
were seeking, nor the years involved.

In checking the exact spelling that you gave only, the first time they
appear in West Virginia is 1900 and in Cabell County in 1910. Lots of them in
Virginia in the very early years (West Virginia did not become a state until
1863).

Most of us cannot help unless we know exactly what we are looking for and
some data on the families involved.

You might want to repost your question to roots with more data and a
specific request.
