It is a matter of public record if someone other than a family member wanted
to research it. You are not publishing their address, phone number or
social security numbers. You are not disclosing private information. How are you
invading their privacy?

If they are stupid enough to spend money on an attorney - let them. The
only remedy the court could impose is an order for you to cease and desist.

Are they located in the same town as you? To file a lawsuit in a different
county is even more expensive.

I would ignore them. If by some slim chance they filed suit you can always
remove it later without penalty.

They did not formally notify you. They have to document their attempt to
get you to stop prior to filing a suit or you can have it thrown out. They
have to send you a certified letter.

Like some one else said...it is nonsense.
