By 1917-1918 Eldy is back in Montgomery County, TX registering for the
military, and in 1920 he is on his own and boarding with another family.

Finally, in 1930 there is an L.D. in Huntsville, Walker, TX, married to
an Leoneos Griffin b 1905. By then L.D. has boarders of his own.
