Hi Kathy.....may I gently suggest that in the "Subject" line you put an
appropriate title so that at a glance everyone will know what subject you
are talking about. Perhaps this email could have been titled "Newbie
seeking how to's" or something to that effect.

My best piece of advice is "documentation, documentation, documentation".
