Pam,

Name: Geo Shabin
Home in 1900: Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana
Age: 30
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1870
Birthplace: Indiana
Relationship to head-of-house: Head
Spouse's Name: Mary

Household Members: Name Age
Geo Shabin 30
Mary Shabin 29
Lula Shabin 7

Geo Shabin 0

I searched Ancestry by using NO last name, Geo* in the first name box,
spouse's name Mary, Marion County, Indiana and page 8A. As you can see,
he's listed as Shabin <smile>

Let me know if you can't find him. Interestingly, I didn't find the link to
email the record as is usually found at the top of the page..........

Subject: [ROOTS-L] Help with 1900 Census please!

I am looking for George H Schaler on the 1900 US Census in Indianapolis,
Marion County, Indiana. He was born December 1869 in IN, his wife was Mary
b: Dec 1871 IN Listed with 5 children: Lulu, Julia, Charles, Mary, and Geo.

Over a year ago, someone did send me the census information, but all it said
was that he was listed as Geo Shaler, a RR Conductor, living at 1319
Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis, Dist 213, page 8A, Marion County, Indiana.

I am having a time trying to find this record so I can source it and
download a copy for my files. I have looked at Ancestry, HeritageQuest, and
FamilySearch.org. I have tried a number of spellings as well, and even
tried to find him by first name both Geo and George.

Please help!
Thank you all so much
Pam
