Subject: [OKGEN] James Duffy/Duffie Killed in Leflore Co., OK

Hi I am looking for information on a mine explosion in 1906 in LeFlore
Co., Ok. One of my family members was killed in the mine disaster in 1906.
His name was James Duffy/Duffie. He was married and left his wife to
survive, Belle Duffie. He was originally from Illinois.

If anyone can point me as to where I can find information on the mine
explosion I would sincerely appreciate your help.

Sharon Tate
Carterville, Illinois
