Yes there are but by far the best way of sharing the data is to add the details from the
certificates to a postem on freebmd

Anyone searching will see the details which may prove or disprove their interest

In my experience the certificate exchange type sites are rarely visited if at all by the majority of
researchers

Some of those sites even charge for use

Are there any sites where I can list birth and marriage certificates that I purchased, but proved to
not be my ancestors.
I am willing to give them away.
They are all from England/Wales
