I really disagree with this position. My background and career is/was in
publications, and I do realize that two spaces is not considered standard
where typography is concerned. HOWEVER, I have always felt that one space
between sentences makes for harder reading. Readability in the reports is
really important, and I believe that two spaces between sentences makes
long paragraphs of text much more readable. Paragraphs with one space
between sentences are only readable when they are very short with two or
three sentences.
