Yes, I would occasionally delete the THU files if you want to see any
changes reflected in your on-screen reports. If you don't delete the
THU file, the thumbnail in the on-screen report will still display the
original unmodified photo. But like I said earlier, the PDF, RTF, and
printed reports will reflect the modified photos correctly so it's not
an issue in that regard.
