Reading Michael's response this morning, I remember we have not heard a
word back to the list about whether our members suggestions helped
"Shakingtrees" solve his or her backup problem.

If the person would let us know if the suggestions worked and where they
might have remaining problems -- if any remained -- we could follow-up. If
you have created the backup on your hard drive and floppy, let us know that
and someone can start in with the next step to try to get your file to the
cd.

Next to doing the original research and getting information into the
computer, backing up our data is one of the most important next steps so
none of us lose our hard work.

So please let us know if the backup process is working for you, and if
not, we will try again.
