Norma, I know you've tried about everything. But, just a thought or
two... Have you looked in your rootsmagic.ini file to see that it really
is flagging correctly? It should say something similar to this:
AutoWP=1 (or whichever word processor you use)
AutoPDF=1
AutoEditor=1

If it does, then I would think it's some kind of conflict within
Windows. You might want to go to "windows update" on the web and see if
there are other updates that haven't been downloaded to you PC. Also, I
would guess that there could possibly be a conflict with your antivirus.
I had a problem with being able to send labels to print using
WordPerfect 11. Everything else would print fine. And just a few days
before everything worked fine. I finally went out to WP and found an old
update that I downloaded and it cleared up the problem. Don't know
why...but it obviously had to do with a conflict with a recent Windows
update.

It's always a challenge when one program makes a small update and it
creates a conflict somewhere else.
