Just a couple of comments and a couple of questions.

1) No one has mentioned (that I have seen) where the Rootsmagic.ini
file is located. I had to search my harddrive to find it. It was in:

C:\Documents and Settings\George\Application Data\RootsMagic
(at least the "good" one was there, 2762 bytes).

2) There are 4 other copies of Rootsmagic.ini on my computer, and they
seem to be incomplete copies (only 88 bytes):

a) C:\Documents and Settings\Default Users\Application Data\RootsMagic
b) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RootsMagic
c) C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\RootsMagic
d) C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\RootsMagic

2) WHY does Rootsmagic put the "good" copy in 1) above, instead of
in the Rootsmagic folder? The reason I'm asking is that most
programs/utilities
do put their .INI files in the same folder/directory as the actual program.

3) WHY does the program put the .INI file in so many different places?

Regards,
Sarge
