Could you tell me if there is any way to have the source's printed in
a footnote at the bottom of the page on which they are referenced
instead of at the end of the report. By the time they reach the end
of the report the source numbers seem to bare no resemblance to the
reference numbers in the body of the report. Am I doing something
wrong.
