Spouse is used in place of a more derogatory word for the second parent.
If the father is known, he is added as a "spouse" but no marriage fact
is added.
If the father is unknown, then the program uses "Unknown Spouse" in the
"View Family" listing to keep the children separated from the children
of Known or other unknown spouses.
Spouse is just a more convenient, hopefully non offending, word to use
for the second parent, whether there was a wedding or not.
