Several people have had this problem. Something gets messed up in the
Windows Registry file or the last installation went to a flash drive or
something.

The quickest solution is to reinstall version three from the CD or from
the download file, then apply the update.

If you have to re-download the entire version 3 program, Just download
the Demo, It will find your registration info. Then check the Help =>
About RootsMagic to see what version it is, it MAY be the latest version
already, ( 3.2.5 )
