Its not the actual sourcing I'm having a question about. It is how one puts it in the picklist. I have been putting "1930 US Census Arizona, Maricopa County Phoenix" But, I may have 10 or more of the exact wording in the picklist. Like Carol I, also do it the "bulky" way with a separate sourcing for each census record used. I was thinking of changing the picklist reference to something like "Doe, John 1930 US Census" This would alphabetize the picklist making it easier to find the source, but....
Any thoughts?
Suzanne

Hi. According to professional genealogists, this is how you should cite a census. Long, but great when your looking for records.
[Year] U.S. Federal Census (Population Schedule), [City], [Twp.], [County], [State], Page xx, Line xx, [Head] household, jpeg image, (Online: The Generations Network, Inc., 2007), subscription database, [Digital scan of original records in the National Archives, Washington, DC], <http://www.ancestry.com/>, accessed [Month Year].
