According to the archive... that inquiry (below) was originally posted on
May 11th and apparently George (below) may not have noticed the numerical
Euro-style date. No malice and no harm ;)

Well, it seems there IS no such place as Waxahatchee, TX! Using Wikipedia,
nothing shows up for that town. Using MapQuest, gets the same results.
Your problem is that someone has misspelled the name. It's "Waxahachie",
not "Waxahatchee"! Using Place Finder and using the correct spelling, you
will find the town is in Ellis Co., TX.
As for "Poinsett, AR, it's not a town, it's a county!
One must be very diligent when searching for towns/counties and make
sure the spelling is correct. Just because someone says a town should be
spelled a certain way doesn't make it so.
Place Finder works great! If/when you do have the proper spelling and
Place Finder doesn't list it, then you should consider that the town is a
"historical" place which no longer exists. That is when doing a Google
search really helps. You will often find links to pages that mention
historic
towns, and some of those links explain the place name no longer exists,
and, sometimes, even what the new name is.
Just my 2 cents worth,
George
