If you choose to leave some of the fields blank that the programmer
expected to always filled in based on the Mills or Lackey source guide
for the particular source type, you will get the results you are seeing.
If you don't have the complete information at the time, you have two
options:

1) You can do further research to find the missing bits of information
and enter them later.

2) You can copy the source template and create your own source template
making some of the fields optional. To do this you would determine which
source type you were using, go to Lists, Source Templates, and find the
source template. Highlight that source template, and click Copy - (copy)
will be added to the end of the name of the copy. You can then make the
particular fields and associated punctuation optional, then use that as
your preferred source type for that type of source. If you would like
help, contact me off-line with the details.

When I don't use all fields when adding a source, I see extra
punctuation
in the finished product. In RM3, when I saw this, I was able to adjust
the
source in each of the finished styles. Now, I have no way to access it.

Is there a way to clean up my sources?

Thanks,
