Is there a way to search only a given name in RM3?



Noting only a given name in Name Find seems to simply bring up the first
such individual, alphabetically by last name. For example, I located an
obituary of an individual whom I am fairly certain is that of a sibling to a
woman in my database. The obituary names the surviving sister only by her
married name. How can I find her without scrolling through every female and
checking their married name, or conversely scrolling through every male with
that surname in search of his spouse's given name?
