I am using RM4, and have read the "Help" section, which didn't really help
since I don't understand some of the instructions. I would appreciate help
in making a custom report that will allow me to sort deaths by a specific
year range such as 1928-1930.

Using Custom Report Designer, I filled in Title; then I filled in - first:
sort by death date; second: sort by surname; third sort by death place

When I tried to generate a report, I got a blank page.

What comes next? Where do I put in the year range of interest? Or, even a
single year, would be acceptable.

Sorry for my ignorance. I just can't figure this out.
