Lowering the edit screen would not help. The main screen is still up and won't lower when another screen is active, down or not.
We need to be able to lower both screens, but then who keeps track of which comes up first? Probably will have to work around this.
Once open the first screen is set and can't be lowered with another on top (of RM that is).
This is true of any view. Size reduction doesn't work or help there.

I wanted to put this on the wish list, but I couldn't think what to call it.

I click on an individual. Then I want to enter information so I open the
edit screen. Then I need to look at a file that has the information in it
that I need. I can't get to the file without closing the edit screen where I
want to enter information. It really slows me down. I know I can use Alt
letters to move quicker, but that does not solve my problem.

My wish is to be able to lower the edit screen by clicking on the "-" to put
the page in the "tray" at the bottom. That way I could copy the information
from the file and then raise the edit page and paste the information into
the appropriate place.
