Even if somebody did use GenSmarts, it wouldn't have filled in anything on
the RM side of the house. GenSmarts only reads the RM database. It doesn't
change the RM database. You may change something in RM based on a
suggestion from GenSmarts. But that would be you making the change, not
GenSmarts.
