Thanks to Bruce and Jon for assuring me that RMMenu.exe isn't a virus. I never doubted the software itself but wanted to be sure the file name hadn't been hijacked by a virus writer in order to make a malware file appear innocuous. The f-prot web page Bruce referred me to will be useful in the future and Jon's instructions for excluding the file and reinstalling RM4 worked perfectly. I appreciate the time and effort both of you devote to helping less experienced RM4 users like me.
