I use the slash just between the 2 given or surnames.

I would suggest submitting this as a ticket (in RM, click on Help >
Technical Support, then click Submit a Ticket) to see if the staff at RM
have a solution. You could the e-mail messages to a text file, then attach
that to the ticket.

Alvaro,
Try entering the surnames with a slash before and after the two names, i.e.
/Rodriguez Royert/. This convention should tell NFS that both names in the
surname field are the surname.
See if this works.

Sue,
Sorry im not especific to explain this
For exaple:
Alvaro (Given1) Antonio (Given2) this two names goes to givens field
RODRIGUEZ (Surname1) Royert (Surname2) This two last name goes to Surname
field.
THE PROBLEM IS WHEN RM Sync with NFS"
in FOR and the template of NFS(standard) appears ALVARO ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ
ROYERT not mistake at all.
NOW WHEN we change the template to LATIN APPEARS GIVEN: ALVARO ANTONIO
RODRIGUEZ, "SURNAME": ROYERT
THE ORDENANCES CARD: Alvaro Antonio Rodriguez / Royert / The first Lastname
RM changed for 3erd Given
Now we have to go the program NFS EDIT , CHANGE before print the FOR, we
cannot have problems when you got just one Name.
More of 600 millions of people used 2 Surnames in the genealogy database .
Attached examples of the mistakes between (Sync RM and NFS)
PS: i try on another test to differt genealogy program and the result is
completly perfect without mistakes. but my particular opinion the interface
in RM is much better.
