Thank you. That is exactly the procedure I follow but I receive a
RootsMagic Error message every time.
Several writers have suggested that I reinstall RM. I may have to resort
to that.

I do not know why you cannot export a JPG file.
You will have to explain what seems to be happening to prevent it.
I create the wall chart, go to the file menu and choose export, hit the
down arrow at the right of the "Save In" field and choose the Desktop.
Then go to the bottom field, "Save as type", click the down arrow and
and select "JPEG (*.jpg) "
Then, of course I have to give it a name then click the "Save" button.
