OK, I realized the ones I am having problems with are ones that were
probably hard-coded to not allow this field, the LDS ordinance Fact
Types. These are instead set up to only allow temple designations
instead of any generic place.

This creates a problem with the ordinances of LDS Baptism and LDS
Confirmation. I am entering facts where these ordinances were performed
for living persons, outside the temples, and I want to list city/state
info in the Places field, and Ward/Stake info in the Place Detail field.
