Susan...You should consider the possible location of your Dennis KENNY as
the townland of Cappaleitrim,County
Roscommon,Civil and R.C parish of Moore,Poor Law Union of Ballinasloe. In
the Griffith's Index (1857-58) there were four
holdings listed for KENNY...first names Denis,James,Michael and Patrick.
Also, the townland of Cloonfad is very close to Cappaleitrim and in the
same period had a John and Martin KENNY.
The records for the R.C. parish of Moore have a start date of 1876. Hope
